AC Cool Wrap offers homeowners an easy-to-install upgrade.
If you look at the front of your furnace, you will see a 3/8” copper pipe leading into your furnace. If you touch this copper pipe while the A/C is running, you will notice it is very warm. The temperature of Freon flowing through that pipe runs between 90 and 120 degrees. The problem is, in order to cool your home, the A/C system needs to reduce the temperature of the Freon down to approx. 55 degrees.
That’s a big drop in temperature and your A/C needs all the help it can get to bring that temperature down. By wrapping the pipe with AC Cool Wrap, you will help lower the temperature and pressure of the Freon which will improve the overall performance of the cooling system.
